New York City Sunday League is a recreational basketball league that is organized by Sunday Night Basketball, a non-profit organization. The primary purpose of the league is to offer young adults an opportunity to participate and enjoy a recreational experience in a healthy competitive setting. The emphasis is upon participation, character development, good sportsmanship, and enjoyment. Our goal is to create a community based on fellowship.

Format

Regular season record determines playoff seeding. Playoffs are played during the final week(s) of the season with officials. Each regular season game spans 48 minutes and is played without officials. More info can be found in the Rules page.
